I'm Justin Belmont — born and raised in NYC, Columbia MBA, and former product leader at Spotify, Uber, and Amazon. Unlike most agents, I have years of hands-on experience buying, renovating, and renting out properties in New York. I've dealt with co-op boards, building assessments, and contractors.
